Love it here! Great serving of the famed roast duck!!!!

The food is not so bad. But not a good experience in overall. We found a small cockroach on the dining table.

The signature roasted duck is as good as always...Other dishes are like the one from London... (or... any other Western Chinese restaurant.)

Ridiculous and so funny! Can’t believe they want 12 bath for a hand cleaning towel after they serve ribs. Very embarrassing but they maybe don’t like to make customers feel happy. Fail!

Must try roast duck

Superb services from staff. Very attentive to customers’ demands. Food are good, not only the roasted duck, but other dishes are worth sampling. The interior gives you the feeling of nostalgia.

good taste, but not so hygienic - the waiter dipped his finger into the duck plate when serving, and there’s also hair in rice. also not a fan of the decor - somewhat dark and cluttered atmosphere

Good food but have to wait really long for the food

The overall experience is not too bad. The roasted pork n duck is much better compare to 2 yrs ago when I was here the first time. Worth trying other dishes besides the signature duck.

Super Over-rated food standard by food bloggers. I wondered what's their taste buds went to.Ordered a portion of roasted duck, it came so chewy on the skin and the taste overwhelmed by the sweet sauce.Ordered 3 combo meats, roasted pork skin was rubbery, super sweet char siew and hard to bite, soy chicken so so. Overall spent 2300baht.I can have better roasted meats in Singapore or Kl. Not sure why it was highly recommended. MK 's roast duck is much much better in taste.Staff service is so so and inattentive. Very disappointed for trusting the reviews found on the Internet.

Terrible, so awful that we just walked out. They treated us like tourists, foreigners or worse, like pests. Laughed at us for no reason, didn't reply to us, well basically didn't speak to us. In the end while looking at a very dirty menu, I said: let's go away, it's obvious we aren't welcomed here. So we went to a Japanese ramen place which was good. If you're a western tourist avoid it. Such stupid workers.

Famous in roasted duck , big tender roasted duck. Expensive price but will have 50%off prices in a vegetarian period .

For the high price I expected more but it didn’t blow my mind away. Duck meat was salty and too fatty, shark fins fish maw soup was not flavourful enough. I’ve had better Chinese cuisine for the same price or lower. Drinking water cost 50 baht. Not recommended.

This is supposed to be The Four Seasons! I am very disappointed. Their signature dishes, the duck char siu and crispy pork are definitely not Four Seasons standard. Some dishes are barely warm. Staffs are not attentive enough as well.

Stirred fried Kailan with garlic is nice. Roast pork is not hot not crispy. Roast duck is alright, different style with Peking. Wont return again.

Tastes great!

The service was ok: staff were not very attentive and spent most of the time talking to each other (-1 star). Food were delicious, however, the gravy that came with the duck was too sweet (-1 star).

Been there twice. First time good, but second time very bad. Poor service and cold duck. They took the duck away, but when returned it was still cold.

Environmentaly BlindHeard this was a famous Chinese restaurant to try. Seen they still are ignorant of the environment and serve SHARK FIN soup. Walked out.

High price bad service

Authentic Chinese food. Good service from staff. Mostly crowded.

Disappointing duck. Soggy and taste quite awful. It felt almost like they just reheat it from a half cooked state. The rest of the dishes are ok.

Food and service are great. Location is convenient and easy to find. Price is a tad high but highly recommended.

The food and service was exceptional. The price was a fair but for the best roasted duck there is nothing like Hong Kong.

My first review after visiting this restaurant many times. The taste of the food at the moment was incompetent with the past. The service was still great anyway.

We ordered expensive Beijing duck, I say expensive because it's not worth this money, chef doesn't know how to service Beijing duck, from whole duck perhaps we get 300 gr of skins and underneath about 2mm tick small meats, taste nothing, I can compare Beijing duck because I ate in Beijing in 150 years old traditional restaurant. Better they must take it out of the menu.

This is the third time I eat here. Food was good, but not the best though. I enjoyed the roasted duck and belly pork, but to be honest, it wasn't as best as they claimed. Surprisingly, Spicy tofu with minced is actually very good, personally recommended. Good service. However, we ordered around 5-6 dishes and the bill came 3,xxx baht, excluding 7% vat and 10% service charge which I think is really expensive!

The duck is nice and other two dishes are just general. The amount of food is small and meat quality is so so. Overall I really think it’s too expensive. Same price you can have better dishes in Bangkok.

What can I say this is the world famous Chinese restaurant. The original restaurant started in the 90's in London. If it's not that great, it wouldn't have lasted this long.In Siam Paragon, there are many Chinese restaurants to choose from. In case you are on the ground floor, this may be one of the best!The restaurant is spacious, nicely lit, good overall environment.The food is great! My base recommendations are the world famous Peking duck, BBQ pork, crispy pork belly, and Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce. There are so many other tasty dishes. If you come in a group that's the best way to enjoy lots of the dishes, order them...share them :-)

Overall the food is average. There tends to be a long queue during peak hours. There are better places to eat at.

Good roasted duck I have ever tried! Crispy pork is also recommended.
